2. Professional customers only
The ENOCHILL website and online store are intended exclusively for professional customers.
This includes companies, hospitality businesses, wineries, wine retailers, wine distributors, self-employed professionals and other purchasers acting for purposes related to their trade or professional activity.
By completing an order, the customer confirms that the purchase is made in a professional capacity.
3. Products
ENOCHILL makes reasonable efforts to accurately describe its products, features and technical specifications.
Product photographs are illustrative and minor differences may occur between website images and production units.
Performance figures, including cooling times and cooling rates, may vary according to operating conditions, starting temperature, bottle format, ambient temperature and other technical variables.
4. Pricing
For customers located in the European Union, the standard ENOCHILL price is:
€990 + applicable VAT
unless a different price is displayed or quoted.
Applicable VAT will be calculated according to the destination, customer status and applicable tax rules.
For eligible intra-EU B2B transactions, VAT treatment may differ where the customer provides a valid intra-community VAT number.
For Hong Kong, prices are shown according to the applicable local commercial offer and are not subject to European VAT.
5. Orders
An order is considered placed when the customer completes the checkout process and receives an order confirmation.
ENOCHILL may refuse or cancel an order where:
· payment cannot be authorized;
· the product is unavailable;
· an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred;
· fraudulent activity is suspected;
· delivery is not possible to the requested destination.
Where ENOCHILL cancels a paid order, the amount paid will be refunded.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Depending on market, eligibility and project size, ENOCHILL may also offer:
Payment in instalments
Subject to approval and the conditions of the relevant payment provider.
Business Renting
Available for eligible professional customers through a third-party renting partner.
Seasonal Renting
Available for selected commercial projects under separate contractual conditions.
Third-party financing and renting services are governed by the contractual terms of the relevant provider.
7. Delivery
Delivery terms are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Unless specifically guaranteed in writing, delivery times are estimates.
8. Product use
ENOCHILL must be operated according to the instructions provided with the product.
Customers are responsible for:
· correct installation and use;
· following cleaning and maintenance instructions;
· using approved accessories and components;
· maintaining suitable electrical conditions;
· preventing misuse or unauthorized modification.
9. Commercial warranty
ENOCHILL provides professional customers with a:
2-year commercial warranty
from the date of delivery unless different conditions have been expressly agreed in writing.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical failures arising during normal and intended professional use.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
· improper use;
· accidental damage;
· incorrect installation;
· unauthorized modification or repair;
· incorrect maintenance;
· use of unsuitable or unauthorized liquids, components or accessories;
· external electrical problems;
· transportation damage occurring after delivery;
· normal wear and tear.
10. Technical support and replacement
ENOCHILL provides technical and after-sales support.
Where a covered technical failure cannot reasonably be resolved remotely, ENOCHILL may arrange repair, replacement parts or replacement of the unit.
Where replacement of the unit is required, ENOCHILL aims to organize replacement as quickly as reasonably possible, subject to stock, geographic location and logistics availability.
11. Returns
Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Because ENOCHILL is sold exclusively to professional customers, purchases are not intended to benefit from statutory consumer withdrawal rights.
The statutory 14-day withdrawal right under Spanish consumer law applies to
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ENOCHILL shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential commercial losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity or business interruption resulting from temporary product unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
13. Force majeure
ENOCHILL shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events reasonably outside its control, including transportation disruption, strikes, natural disasters, government action, supply shortages, customs disruption or major technical failures.
14. Intellectual property
Purchase of an ENOCHILL product does not transfer intellectual-property rights relating to ENOCHILL technology, product design, trademarks, branding, software or documentation.
15. Contract language and electronic records
Contracts concluded through the ENOCHILL website may be concluded in English and any other language expressly offered on the website.
Customers will receive an electronic confirmation of their order.
The customer can review and correct checkout information before submitting an order.
16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
For disputes arising between ENOCHILL and professional customers, the parties submit, where legally permitted, to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, Spain, unless another jurisdiction has been expressly agreed in writing.
