ENOCHILL FOR RESTAURANTS & HOTELS

Instant wine chiller for restaurants and hotels

Enochill lets a restaurant or hotel serve its entire wine list at temperature, on demand and in 2 to 3 minutes, with no ice buckets, no large wine fridges and no keeping the table waiting. It takes up 40.6 cm of bar space and uses 57.4 W only while chilling.

More service options · Better Guest Experience · Increased Wine Sales

Why does a restaurant or hotel need an instant wine chiller?

Restaurants and hotels have limited kitchen space, yet need a wide wine list ready to serve. Keeping lots of bottles permanently refrigerated means investing in expensive wine fridges, giving up floor space and using energy all day long.

And when the bottle isn't cold, the usual solution is an ice bucket: it slows service down, takes up room on the table and interrupts the guest experience.

The solution · A smarter way to serve wine

How an instant wine chiller works in a restaurant or hotel

Enochill chills each bottle on demand, as soon as the guest orders it, instead of keeping the entire wine list refrigerated. It lowers the temperature by up to 3 °C per minute, so a bottle at room temperature is ready to serve in 2 to 3 minutes, and the entire list becomes servable without adding more refrigeration.

  • During service, with no need to prepare anything  hours in advance
  • The full list at temperature, not just what fits in the cold room
  • One plug socket, with no plumbing, drainage or building work

Restaurant and hotel FAQs

What does a hotel need to serve chilled wine at several service points?

One unit per service point. As Enochill needs no plumbing or drainage and is 40.6 cm wide, it can be installed in the restaurant, the pool bar and the lobby with no building work, just a power socket at each location. For multi-unit projects, hospitality equipment leasing is available from 12 to 48 months.

Can it keep up with a busy Friday service?

Enochill chills two bottles at once per cycle, with cycles of 2 to 7 minutes depending on the target temperature. For high-volume services, the number of units should be based on the number of bottles served during peak hours.

How noisy is an instant wine chiller during service?

ENOCHILL has a noise level of approximately 40 dB(A), comparable to a small domestic fridge. Its quiet operation makes it suitable for restaurant dining areas, wine bars, hotels and other environments where noise levels matter.

Does it replace the restaurant's wine fridge?

It replaces the wine fridge as a service tool, not as a storage tool. For long-term ageing, a space kept at cellar temperature still makes sense; for service, Enochill means you don't have to add refrigeration every time the wine list expands.

 Can it take magnum bottles?

Yes, standard bottles and the magnum format. That matters at banquets and large tables, where magnums are common and don't fit in the cold room.

How much electricity does it use compared with a wine fridge?

57.4 W and 1.38 kWh a day, only while chilling. A compact professional wine fridge starts at around 90 W, running continuously 24 hours a day, all year round.
